These Terms of Service govern your use of the Clean & Quick Restoration website and your engagement with our water damage restoration services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Clean & Quick Restoration provides water damage restoration and related professional services in Toledo, OH and surrounding areas. All services are performed by licensed and insured technicians following industry standards.
Written estimates are provided prior to work commencement. Estimates are based on visible and measurable conditions at the time of assessment. Hidden or concealed damage discovered during the restoration process may require a revised scope of work and updated pricing. We will notify you before proceeding with any work beyond the original estimate.
In emergency situations involving active water intrusion, we may begin mitigation work (water extraction, equipment placement) to prevent further damage. A written authorization and estimate will be provided as soon as practicable after emergency services commence.
When work is to be billed through insurance, you are responsible for authorizing the claim and cooperating with your insurance company. Clean & Quick Restoration provides full documentation to support your claim but cannot guarantee claim approval or the amount your insurance company will pay. You are ultimately responsible for payment of services rendered.
Payment is due upon completion of each phase of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For insurance claims, we may accept assignment of benefits with your authorization. Interest may accrue on overdue balances. We reserve the right to place a lien on the property for unpaid services in accordance with applicable state law.
Clean & Quick Restoration carries general liability insurance. Our liability for services rendered is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage that was not accessible or visible at the time of our assessment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with IICRC standards. Written warranties on specific restoration work will be provided separately when applicable. This warranty does not cover damage from subsequent events, acts of nature, or conditions outside our control.
